It's raining and cold and this jumper has camels on, which I think it hilarious. There is nothing nice than a pair of comfy jeans and a cozy jumper on a miserable Sunday.
I love checking out second hand stores such as Paper Bag Princess, Vixen or the Recycle Boutique for knits, here are some of my tips:
- Look out for natural fibres, these will keep their colours and be really comfy to wear. Cashmere blends are my favourites
- Avoid nylons and acrylics, these are scratchy and hold smells (eew)
- Always try stuff on! A good fit is really important, if it doesn't fit, put it back
- Wash everything with wool wash and lay flat to dry before you wear it
- Invest in one of those lint shaver thingies, they bring knitwear back to life again
